 Avesta Investment Group was founded in Tashkent in 2003 with the aim of providing professional financial advice and securities services. The main areas of competence of the firm are attracting foreign investments, financial consulting, structuring mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and privatization transactions, consulting on the legal, regulatory and tax environment, conducting financial and legal audits of companies and market analysis, organization of debt and equity capital raising, consulting and research in real estate, as well as publishing regular research reports on the local economy, markets and companies. Avesta Investment Group is fully owned by top management. Since 2022, Avesta Investment Group has signed a memorandum of understanding with Rothschild Co.
